All of the following systems are made of primed MDF that our installers will caulk
and fill making it ready for a final coat of finish paint. Final painting is the
responsibility of the homeowner who can choose any sheen finish or colour.

Chair rail and square appliqués.
This is the simplest system available to add splendour to your room. It consists
of using a chair rail anywhere from 36” to 42” off the floor depending on ceiling
height and the lower portion to be filled in with appliqué squares. The spacing
and size of squares is usually determined and agreed upon with the sales rep and
homeowner. The most common of finish is white or off-white in a semi-gloss
paint from the chair rail to the floor including the baseboard and usually above
the chair rail; the colour is a darker tone to create a contrast.

Beadboard Wainscoting:
This system mimics the old fashion country style look that has become very popular
in today’s decorating schemes. An eggshell to a semi-gloss finish is suggested for
look and durability. This system can go part way up your wall or as high as a full
8 ft. It is very versatile in it’s application.

Wall panel wainscot system:
This system has been developed to create a more complex wainscot appearance by using
specially profiled mouldings to create a rich look without having to use panels
in the square sections. The different mouldings are connected in such a way that
the final look is elegant and rich. The use of the existing drywall as the panel
allows for the reasonable cost. The homeowner will need to do final painting usually
a semi-gloss finish to complete the project

Raised Panel or Flat Panel wainscoting:
This is the most elegant and expensive system that requires more material and time
to install. The panel in between the squares is either flat or raised, the raised
being the most expensive. Typically this workmanship is usually found in very high
end homes of today and yesteryear. .
