Baseboards, Casing and Trim |

The baseboards, casings, and trim are made of MDF (medium density fibre), an engineered wood that
consists of wood fibres and glues that are compressed and routered to create the profiles of the
design. It also receives 2 or 3 coats of primer at the factory thus eliminating one step of the
painting process. All baseboards will be installed and caulked and filled and the only thing
the homeowner needs to do is apply a finished coat of paint. It is suggested that a semi-gloss
finish is best for look and durability.
